I have come a long way from rural Maine! I traveled the United States teaching and chasing a PhD in music education, but when this dream didn’t work out I settled down in Tampa Bay, Florida to teach upper level maths and write novels.

When I’m not reading, writing, or teaching, I’m murdering aliens on my PS4 or traveling to new places. I love Disneyworld and Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. Pretty much anything involving magic, dragons, and quests is right up my alley.

I live in Florida with my husband, two Miniature Schnauzers, and two cats. Due to my full-time teaching position my online presence is limited, but you can follow my writing journey on this website.

A more official bio is included in third person below.
